Problem

A new message cannot start work because you reached a limit or sent requests too quickly.

Possible causes

The daily task allowance or monthly cap may be exhausted. Some allowance may still be reserved for accepted work. Another active task can also stop a new Chat request.

Resolution

  1. Open Usage and read the daily count, remaining allowance, and reserved amount.
  2. Let an active task finish or cancel it and wait for the final state.
  3. Wait until a displayed reset or retry time when available. If none is shown, ask the pilot operator about your assigned limit.
  4. Try again deliberately after capacity is available.

Expected result

The app accepts a new task when its limits permit it. Failed or cancelled tasks are not automatically refunded against the daily count. Starting a new chat does not reset it.

“You've reached your usage limit”, “Too many requests”, and “Another run is already in progress” distinguish allowance, request frequency, and active work.
