Where candidates come from

Saving your own draft edits may create a style-example candidate. It represents edited text, not a new personality trait or a verified belief. AI-only revisions do not become owner-edit examples just because you requested them.

Make a separate decision

  1. Open Brain and choose Candidates.
  2. Read the statement and its origin, evidence, and audience information where shown.
  3. Choose Confirm to activate it or Reject to leave it inactive.
  4. Find a confirmed item in Memories. Decide separately whether to allow public use.

Candidates are private by default. If the proposed statement is wrong, reject it and add a corrected memory yourself. Approving the draft that produced it neither confirms nor publishes the candidate.

What to expect

Confirmed candidates move into active memory and retain their origin. Rejection does not change your profile. Not every edit produces a candidate: unchanged text and overly long spans can produce none. You can explicitly add a concise style memory when needed.
