Save before reviewing

Open the draft card in Chat. If you want to change the text yourself, choose Edit, then Save as new revision. Wait for the saved revision to appear. Approval never applies to an unsaved editor buffer.

Read the current revision from start to finish. Check its claims, attribution, tone, and intended language. The assistant's suggestion is not automatically your opinion.

Approve the exact revision

  1. Check the current saved revision number and text.
  2. Choose Approve in the draft panel.
  3. Wait for the state to show Approved.
  4. Use Download .txt or Download .md to retrieve that exact saved body.

  1. Read the revision number and body.
  2. Choose Approve explicitly.
  3. Download after approval succeeds.

Typing “approve” in the chat is not a shortcut. Only the review control records your decision. Reject is a decision not to use that revision; you can still save a new revision for fresh review.

When approval stops applying

An edit creates a new revision and returns the draft to Awaiting review. The old approval does not authorize downloading either the new unapproved text or an old revision as the current result. If another edit wins before your approval, reload and review the latest saved text.

Changing your profile also invalidates earlier review for download. Save a new revision for reassessment or regenerate, then review under the current profile. If a source or memory dependency was deleted, the affected draft is blocked and its body may be removed. Create a new draft from eligible material.

Check the downloaded file

The download contains the exact saved body, without new text added at download time. Source-panel information is separate: if you need a readable citation in the file, include it in the draft, save, and approve again. Keep the file secure and decide separately where to use it. IsBot does not send it to Facebook or another channel.
