What it does and when to use it

About you holds what you told your agent about yourself: your name, pronouns, interests, goals, and optional health notes. The agent uses it to personalize its private replies in Chat. Open Brain → About you to see everything in one place, change it, or delete it. Tell your agent about you explains the first-time steps.

Edit and save

The page shows the same three groups as the setup steps: You, Your world, and Go deeper, with the “How well I know you” ring at the top. Change any field, then choose Save. Nothing is saved while you type, and the page says Saved once the change is stored. If the score is below 100%, Finish onboarding reopens the guided steps. If you changed something in another tab first, the page keeps your edits on top of the newer saved copy and asks you to save again, so a stale page never overwrites newer answers.

Health notes

Physical and mental health notes are stored, but they reach the AI model only while Let my agent use my health notes in conversations is on. It is off by default. Turn it off again and the notes stay saved but are no longer used. Turning it off, or choosing Forget all, stops sending your health notes from then on, but earlier replies in a conversation are not changed. Start a new chat to leave them behind.

Forget all

Forget all asks you to confirm, then deletes every answer in this section and resets the ring to zero. No earlier version is kept. Your writing profile, memories, and sources are separate and are not affected.

Privacy and limits

This information is private to your workspace. It is used only in your private conversations in Chat: it is never used to write drafts or scheduled research, never appears in public content, and never turns into a memory or a confirmed opinion. The agent reads it as information about you, so it cannot use it to confirm tasks, send anything, or change permissions. Changing the interface language does not translate or change what you saved. Your data export includes About you, and deleting your workspace erases it.
