Request your export
Open Privacy from Chat and choose Export my data. Wait while the export is prepared. Its saved status can be checked again after a page refresh. Only one export is prepared at a time for your workspace.
Download the copy
When the export is ready, choose Download while signed in. The export is a JSON file containing your workspace information, profile history, About you, sources, memories, imported conversations, chat history, and drafts with their revisions and reviews. It includes your saved interface preference. Unavailable source bodies are not restored by exporting.
The download expires after 24 hours. Request a fresh export when an old one expires. It is not a public share link and another workspace owner cannot use your access.
Keep the file safe
The export may contain private material. Store it securely and share it only deliberately. It is different from Download .txt or Download .md on an approved draft, which contains just that revision's body. Deleting the workspace cannot recall files you already downloaded.
