Before you begin
Use the application address supplied with your pilot invitation. The Help Center does not create an account for you. Public launch and a general signup invitation are not implied by this guide.
Sign in or create an account
- Open the application's sign-in page and choose English or Tiếng Việt.
- Enter your email and password, or choose Sign in with Google if available in your workspace.
- If you are new, choose Sign up, enter your email, and set a password of at least eight characters.
- After signup, continue to workspace setup and tell your agent about you. Every question is optional.
An email-verification reminder does not block using the MVP. Follow the emailed verification link when email delivery is available.
If you cannot sign in
Check the email and password without repeatedly submitting. Choose Forgot password? to request a reset link. The confirmation is intentionally the same whether an account exists or not. Use the latest valid emailed link; an expired or already-used link requires a new request.
If you already signed up with Google, use Google again. Creating another account with the same email is not the way to add a password. If Google or email delivery is unavailable in your pilot, contact the person who invited you.
What happens next
A new owner creates one workspace and one agent. Returning owners use their saved workspace. Your workspace is owner-only; there are no team invitation or reviewer roles in this MVP.
