Problem

You cannot send, save, approve, or download, or a task finished without the result you expected. Start with the visible message and current state, not repeated clicks.

Possible causes

Sign-in may have expired, a field may be incomplete, a source may be unsuitable, another edit may have won, or usage or service availability may have stopped the task.

Please check the highlighted fieldsRead the field labels and limits. Correct them before resubmitting.
Not found or no permissionReturn to your own list. A link does not grant access to another workspace.
Please attach a source / source expiredAdd usable source text and select it. See the source guide below.
Only public-approved sources can be usedChoose appropriate eligible material deliberately; private material is excluded.
Another task is in progressWait for it, or cancel and wait for the final state.
Usage limit reachedCheck Usage and the next reset if shown.
Revision changed / context changedPreserve your edit, reload, compare, and review the latest revision.
Only the current approved revision can be downloadedSave and approve the current eligible revision first.
Draft blockedA dependency is unavailable. Create a new draft from remaining eligible material.
Service unavailable / not configuredKeep the brief; wait or contact the pilot operator.
Something went wrongRefresh the saved state and retry deliberately only after checking whether the action succeeded.

Expected result

You can identify the next safe action while keeping your work. A successful clarification is not an error and does not promise a draft yet. A successful drafting task is not approval.

Use the focused articles on missing sources, generation failures, limits, and editing conflicts. The FAQ explains publishing, memory, privacy, and language choices.
