What a draft is
A draft is content waiting for your judgment. Each saved version is a revision. Use the draft panel to read, edit, review, and download the current revision.
Review states
| State | What it means | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Awaiting review | The current revision has no approval. | Read, edit, approve, or reject. |
| Approved | You approved one exact saved revision. | Download if it is still current and eligible. |
| Rejected | You decided not to use that revision. | Save a new revision or request changes. |
| Blocked | Material it depended on was deleted or is no longer permitted. | Create a new draft from eligible material. |
Tasks and drafts are different
A task marked Succeeded has finished its work. It can have produced a draft, a clarification, or an unsupported-request explanation. It has not approved anything. Scheduled drafts also await your review.
Limits to approval
Editing creates a new revision and removes approval for the new current content. Profile changes can also invalidate earlier approval even if a status label still says Approved. Review again using the current profile. A blocked revision cannot simply be reopened. Nothing here publishes externally or confirms a memory.
