Before you decide

Deletion is a destructive action, not a way to reset a drafting error. Export anything you need first. The MVP has no undo control for workspace deletion. Downloaded files you keep elsewhere will not be recalled.

Confirm deletion

  1. Open Privacy and read the deletion explanation.
  2. Sign in again if asked; deletion needs a recent sign-in.
  3. Type the exact workspace name into the confirmation field.
  4. Choose Delete my workspace only when you intend to proceed.

The workspace stops accepting new work and sessions are revoked. Deletion continues after the request; signing in again is for checking deletion status, not continuing to draft in that workspace.

What deletion does not promise

Content removal and retained backup copies are not instantaneous erasure everywhere. A backup-retention caveat is shown in the product. The proposed retention period is still subject to pilot policy confirmation, so do not treat an estimate as a guarantee. Use the policy supplied for your pilot and contact its operator for an unresolved data request.
