Terms of Service

1. About IsBot

IsBot is a personal agent for your own private workspace. You tell it what needs doing in chat, and it can:

• turn what you delegate into tasks with reminders, including repeating reminders;
• answer questions from the sources and documents you select, with citations;
• summarize research from feeds you choose;
• draft posts and replies in your voice for you to review;
• remember preferences and facts you approve;
• read your connected Google Calendar and, when you confirm, add, move or delete events.

The Service is in an open beta. It is free to use during the beta, and anyone can sign up. Features may change, be added or be removed as we develop it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least [to confirm: minimum age] years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is for personal use by an individual; it is not offered for teams or shared accounts.

3. Your account

• You sign in with a verified email address and password, or with Google.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.
• A workspace belongs to one owner and cannot be shared or transferred.
• Tell us promptly at support@solidech.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. How IsBot acts for you

IsBot proposes; you decide. Specifically:

• A task, reminder or calendar change suggested by IsBot stays a proposal until you confirm it.
• A memory suggested by IsBot stays inactive until you approve it.
• A draft is approved only when you approve that exact version; editing it creates a new version that needs approval again.
• IsBot does not publish to social networks or send messages to other people on your behalf.
• Reminders are delivered in the app and, if you turn them on, by email to your own verified address. IsBot shows a reminder as delivered only when it has a delivery record.

You are responsible for the actions you confirm and for how you use what IsBot produces.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to the Service, such as messages, documents, sources and memory, and of the drafts made for you ("Your Content").

You give Solid Technology permission to host, process and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you, including sending it to our service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when Your Content is deleted, subject to our retention periods.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to add Your Content and that using it with the Service does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

6. AI output

Answers, summaries, proposals and drafts are generated by AI models and can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Review them before you rely on or share them. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice, such as legal, medical or financial advice.

Output is generated for you, and similar output may be generated for other people. Answers from your documents cite their sources so you can check them.

7. Connected services

If you connect Google Calendar or another service, you authorize IsBot to access it within the permissions you grant. Your use of that service remains subject to its own terms. You can disconnect at any time from Settings; disconnecting removes the imported data. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing purposes;
• try to access other people's workspaces or data;
• probe, attack, overload or disrupt the Service, or bypass its limits or security;
• use automated means to create accounts or send requests outside the normal app;
• use the Service to create content that harasses, threatens or exploits others;
• resell or provide the Service to others without our written permission;
• reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.

9. Usage limits

To keep the Service fair and affordable, usage limits apply. For example, you can add up to 10 new tasks a day, and a reminder can repeat up to 3 times a day. AI requests are subject to budgets. We may adjust limits during the beta and will show them in the app.

10. Fees

The Service is free during the beta. Paid plans have not been announced. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan. [To confirm: notice period.]

11. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and the IsBot and Solid Technology names and logos, belongs to Solid Technology and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to them except to use the Service as described here.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without obligation to you.

12. Ending your use

You can export your data and delete your workspace at any time from Settings.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.

We may change or stop the beta. If we stop the Service, we will give you reasonable notice to export your data. [To confirm: notice period.]

13. Disclaimers

The Service is a beta and is provided "as is" and "as available", without a service-level guarantee. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that reminders will always arrive on time.

14. Limitation of liability

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will show the new date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. [To confirm: notice commitments.] If you keep using the Service after that, the updated Terms apply.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. [To confirm: dispute resolution forum.]
